Big Sister Association holds “Role Model” fashion show

COPLEY SQUARE — 400 guests attended Big Sister Association of Greater Boston’s “Project Role Model,” annual fashion show on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel in Boston.

The fashion-forward event featured notable Bostonians and the nonprofit’s Big and Little Sisters rocking the runway in support of our mentoring and enrichment programs for Greater Boston’s girls. The event emcee was WBZ-TV/CBS Boston news anchor Lisa Hughes and event chairs were Lisa Collins and Amy Lund. The organization’s executive director is Deborah Re.

The “role models” who walked the runway included Boston Police Commissioner Willie Gross; Erin Robertson, winner of “Project Runway,” Season 15; Anchor, WBZ-TV/CBS Boston Anaridis Rodriguez;
Paul Francisco, senior vice president, chief diversity officer, and head of workforce development, State Street Corporation; Tiffani Faison, chef/owner, Tiger Mama, Sweet Cheeks, and Fool’s Errand; WBZ-TV/CBS Boston chief meteorologist Eric Fisher; Boston City Councilor At-Large Annissa Essaibi-George; Massachusetts state Rep.
