HINGHAM — The Cushing Choir set the tone for another successful fundraiser at Hingham’s Black Rock Country Club. The choir is made up of students. Over a hundred guests attended the annual executive fundraiser hosted by Ted English and Mike Sheehan to support the Cardinal Cushing Centers, a set of education and support facilities for developmentally and intellectually challenged adults and children operated by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi. Both men have been life long supporters of the Hanover-based school. The money raised at Tuesday’s event will support internal educational programs for students.
