MARINA BAY — More than 150 guests turned out to wish Bob Luz well on his retirement as president and CEO of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association. The surprise (to Bob, of course) party was held at the Victory Point Restaurant in Marina Bay and was attended by many heavy hitters in Boston’s hospitality scene. Bob led the group for nine years.
