QUINCY — Big hats, bow ties, and bourbon was the fundraising theme at the Quincy Rotary’s Kentucky Derby party. The sold-out fundraiser was held at the Neighborhood Club in Quincy. Money raised is directed back to the local community to support educational scholarships to Quincy’s high school seniors. A special part of the evening was a surprise, when the Rotarians honored Bill Brett with the coveted Paul Harris Award, which recognizes service above self. In…

QUINCY — More than 150 guests attended the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society fundraiser, which was held at Alba’s restaurant in Quincy. The event was hosted by Jamie Fagan, with the support of his siblings Jennifer, Jon and Jeff, to support the family matriarch, Janice, who was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.
