BACK BAY — 50 guests turned out for a surprise party for Father Ron Coyne who is celebrating his 50th anniversary as a priest. The celebration dinner, held at Grill 23 in the Back Bay, was organized by Greg and Terry Clark. WEYMOUTH — Hundreds of motorcyclists answered the call of the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home in Weymouth to support Anthony Meizis, a US Navy veteran who died at the age of 80. His only surivivor, a cousin, is disabled and unable to participate in services. Meizis, of Weymouth, served as a seaman in the Vietnam War. Norwich University holds memorial golf tourney in honor of alums

QUINCY — More than 200 golfers attended the Norwich University Memorial Golf Tournament in honor of the late Paul Ricker, class of ’79, and the late Michael Crimmins, class of ’80.
