Northeast Arc raises $600,000 through annual fashion show gala

BOSTON — 500 guests attended the Northeast Arc’s annual “Evening of Changing Lives” fashion show and dinner, which was held on April 25, 2019 at the Seaport Hotel. The dinner raised $600,000 to support Northeast Arc’s programs that help people with disabilities become full participants in the community; choosing for themselves how to live, learn, work, socialize and play.

Among those in attendance were Massachusetts’ first lady Lauren Baker; Legal Sea Foods skipper Roger Berkowitz and his wife, Lynne; luxury boxing gym owner George Foreman III; RoAnn Costin, founder and president of Wilderness Point Investments; Boston City Councilor Lydia Edwards; Ipswich Bay Glass Founder and President Sandy Patrican; and state Health and Human Services Secretary Marylou Sudders. The evening honored Chris MacKenzie, market managing partner, RSM US LLP.
