ROXBURY — 400 guests attended the Goodwill’s annual “The Good Party” gala, which was held at the organization’s headquarters on Harrison Avenue on Thursday, June 13, 2109.

Join 300 leading business and civic representatives; community leaders, collaborators, local personalities; VIPs; and the Goodwill Board for a festive evening of delicious food and spirits, good friends, and good fun to celebrate Goodwill and support its mission. The organization’s mission is to help individuals with barriers to self-sufficiency to achieve independence and dignity through work.

The honorary event chairs were: Mayor Marty Walsh, Governor Charlie Baker, Senator Edward Markey, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Representative Katherine Clark, Representative William Keating, Representative Joseph P. Kennedy, III, Representative Stephen Lynch, Representative Jim McGovern, Representative Seth Moulton, Representative Ayanna Pressley, Representative Lori Trahan, former UMass Chancellor Dr. J. Keith Motley, and Karen Holmes Ward, of WCVB NewsCenter 5.
