$140K raised in golf tournament for Friendship Home

PLYMOUTH — Nearly 250 golfers enjoyed blue skies and a spectacular day of golf followed by cocktails, a buffet and live and silent auctions to benefit Friendship Home’s respite program and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The tournament raised $140,000.

Friendship Home held its 20th annual Golf Classic on September 11, 2019 at Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth with the greatest showing of golfers, families, volunteers and Friendship Home members of any in the 20 year history of Friendship Home’s Golf Classic. Board member Jack Spurr gave the keynote and talked about the history of Friendship Home.
