RANDOLPH — Hundreds of police and emergency personnel lined the street outside St. Bernadette’s Church prior to the funeral Mass for Bob Haley, the former special operations director of the Boston Emergency Medical Services department. Mr. Haley, 63, who died on Aug. 25 after a long illness.
