THEATER DISTRICT — Young fans camp out on the sidewalk outside The Wilbur on Tremont Street on Saturday night almost a full day before the KPOP group SF9 took the stage. The sold-out concert on Nov. 19, 2017 brought young fans from throughout the region and, even, from around the country. BOSTON — As Bill Brett was walking through the Public Garden he came upon Chaim Miller of Philadelphia as he was proposing to Rebecca Ruben of Boston. She said yes, and one of his friends was waiting nearby with some flowers. Mazel tov!
