Places to park your car are scarce throughout the city, but particularly in South Boston. The city council is debating having residents pay for the parking permits that city residents use to park in their neighborhood.

CEDAR GROVE — Several hundred people were in attendance on Monday morning for the Memorial Day service at Cedar Grove Cemetery. The featured speaker was Brigadier General John J.
