SOUTH BOSTON — Great news from the chairman is that on Sept. 9, veterans from the region will gather at Medal of Honor Park in South Boston when the annual ceremony at the South Boston Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial will be dedicated to Senator John McCain, who died on Aug. 25. SOUTH BOSTON — The New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV) held its 15th annual Leave No One Behind Gala on Nov. 1 at the Seaport World Trade Center.
