BOSTON — More than 450 guests attended the 2022 Honors gala to celebrate the new Boston Arts Academy, raising $2.3 million to support Boston’s only visual and performing arts school. 200 gather to support Duxbury Senior Center

DUXBURY — The Duxbury Senior Center hosted a golf tournament which was followed by a dinner at the Duxbury Yacht Club that was attended by 200 people who enjoyed lobster rolls and a raw bar donated by Duxbury Oysters. The evening capped with an auction emceed by Duxbury’s own Jim Fagan. The money raised will support programs and elder services for Duxbury residents. All photos by Bill Brett

Bob Luz celebrated for his career in supporting the region’s restaurants

MARINA BAY — More than 150 guests turned out to wish Bob Luz well on his retirement as president and CEO of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association. The surprise (to Bob, of course) party was held at the Victory Point Restaurant in Marina Bay and was attended by many heavy hitters in Boston’s hospitality scene. Bob led the group for nine years.
