DORCHESTER — On December 1st , the New England Regional Council of Carpenters welcomed our Delegates to Boston at a reception and tour of the John F. Kennedy Library in Boston. The Delegates attended our regular scheduled Delegates Meeting, which was held at the Carpenters Center, 750 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester.
