DUXBURY — More than 500 guest celebrated under a large tent on Duxbury Beach on the evening of Saturday, September 7, 2019, to support the Duxbury Beach Reservation, Inc., and mark the centennial of a dozen or so Duxbury residents coming together to buy the beach so that it would be preserved for future generations. HINGHAM — Jay and Jodi Tolman and their “telethon team” hosted the 43rd annual fundraising event in support of the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
