DORCHESTER — Special Olympics Massachusetts President and CEO Mary Beth McMahon hosted a holiday party at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum to thank the Marlborough-based nonprofit’s sponsors and volunteers. SEAPORT — 375 guests raised more than $350,000 for the Rodman for Kids charity at a gala held at the Seaport Hotel. Governor Charlie Baker and his wife, Lauren, attended the event to show their support for the late auto dealer and philanthropist Don Rodman, who started the children’s charity with his late wife, Marilyn. DORCHESTER — Victoria Reggie Kennedy was sworn in as the US Ambassador to Austria by Stephen G. Breyer, associate justice of the US Supreme Court, at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the US Senate in Dorchester’s Columbia Point.
