HULL — 300 people signed up for the Nantasket Polar Plunge that raised $200,000 to support Special Olympics Massachusetts. The (very) cold weather did not dampen the spirit of the day as awards were given for those who came out in full regalia and there was music keeping things lively on the beach. COHASSET — 250 guests attended the South Shore Art Center’s Art Off the Wall, which featured 100 collectors and 100 pieces of art. The fundraiser’s co-chairs were Andrea Hiller and Tracey Merrill, SSAC Executive Director Patrice Maye, and emcee/photographer Stephen Sheffield. HINGHAM — The Lead Out Foundation hosted 100 South Shore guests at Tosca’s to raise money to support kids and adults with mobility challenges. SEAPORT — 1,600 guests attended the Corey C. Griffin Foundation’s Boston Winter Ball, which was held at the Omni Boston Hotel in the Seaport District.
