DORCHESTER — Victoria Reggie Kennedy was sworn in as the US Ambassador to Austria by Stephen G. Breyer, associate justice of the US Supreme Court, at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the US Senate in Dorchester’s Columbia Point.
