SEAPORT — 1,500 guests donned their best black-tie and shiny formalwear for the Corey C. QUINCY — 100 guests gathered at the Common Market in Quincy to honor Phyllis Godwin and to celebrate her company Granite City Electric Supply Co. for its 100 years in business. The gathering was hosted by Quincy Rotary. Phyllis, who also is a former chair of the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, was one the first women inducted into Rotary in the country.
