DUXBURY — This week’s beautiful weather only added to the success of the Duxbury Council on Aging fundraiser that started with golf at the Duxbury Yacht Club and ended with a raw bar and a live auction at the Duxbury Senior Center.  Duxbury’s own Jim Fagan helped the COA raise several thousand dollars in the live auction. COPLEY SQUARE — The Brain Aneurysm Foundation held its 18th annual research grant symposium, which coincided with the Hanover-based organization’s 30th anniversary celebration, at the Fairmont Copley Plaza hotel.
