UPDATED/ BOSTON — A Suffolk County deputy sheriff has been released from the hospital after suffering injuries following a reported attack this morning near the Suffolk County jail, investigative journalist Michele McPhee reports. BOSTON — We are posting some of Bill Brett’s photos from the Concussion Legacy Foundation’s gala at which former NFL star and former New England Patriot Nick Buoniconti was honored. The event was held in Boston in October 2018 and Buoniconti died on July 30,2019. He was an outspoken proponent of medical research focusing on the effects of playing football. BRAINTREE — More than 400 people attended the 2019 BeanStock Festival, hosted by the Sun Will Rise Foundation, to raise money to support those with substance abuse disorder.
