Northeast ARC holds annual Under the Stars cocktail reception and fashion show
EVERETT — 500 guests attended the Northeast ARC’s Under the Stars reception and fashion show to support the organization’s programs. The event was held at Encore Boston Harbor and hosted by president and CEO Jo Ann Simons. Special guests include Lt.
