SEAPORT — Several hundred guests attended the Massachusetts Health Council’s annual Awards Gala, which was held on October 22, 2019 at the Seaport Hotel.

The evening honored Mayor Marty Walsh, Vic DiGravio, Monica Lowell, and Boston MedFlight with the prestigious Massachusetts Health Council Health Care Star Award for improving and protecting health in the Commonwealth.

The night also featured chefs from some of the best hospitals and health care organizations in Massachusetts who competed for the votes of attendees after they sampled the culinary delights. Marjorie Clapprood and Chris Spinazzola of Clappazzola Partners announced the winning chef teams.
