Lauren Baker is Guest Reader for Highland Street Foundation Event for Young People
CHINATOWN — Lauren Baker, the state’s first lady and a longtime champion of education and programs for young people, was at the Josiah Quincy Elementary School in Chinatown the other day to help the Highland Street Foundation celebrate two of its programs for the young people and families of Boston and Massachusetts.
