QUINCY — More than 250 guests attended the annual Trip of a Lifetime event to benefit the Cardinal Cushing Centers in Hanover. In 2007, South Shore Bank began sponsoring this event, which has raised more than $1 million dollars for the Centers’ “Trip of a Lifetime” to Orlando, FL. HULL — More than 250 people braved the icy waters of Nantasket Beach in Hull to raise more than $100,000 for Special Olympics Massachusetts. HINGHAM — 100 guests attended The Lead Out Foundation’s fundraiser on February 12, 2022 at the Wine Room at Tosca restaurant. The organization offers assistance to those living with Spina Bifida or have had a recent spinal cord injury. The event raised $10,000 that will be given out as grants to be used for medical equipment not covered by insurance and bathroom modifications to allow individuals greater independence.
