SOUTH BOSTON — 450 people attended the Boston Key Gala, the annual fundraising event that raised more than $950,000 for the AstraZeneca Hope Lodge in Boston. The American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge provides free housing for patients undergoing their treatment at a Boston Hospital. The gala was held at the Raymond L. Flynn Black Falcon Cruise Terminal and raised more than $950,000 for the Lodge and its programs for patients. All photos by Bill Brett

FENWAY — The 25th annual Banned in Boston political parody and comedy show brought together the usual political figures, business and civic leaders, members of the media and actors to raise money for Urban Improv, Rehearsal for Life.
