BOSTON — Bill and his brother Harry took a (photo) stroll from the Faneuil Hall Marketplace to the North End, where the annual St. Anthony’s Festival was taking place. The scenes they spotted showed a city that looks to have rebounded, with tourists and diners and lots of traffic.
Nary a face mask in sight, however.
Diners in the North End sat just inches away from the traffic to eat their meals.
But the Bretts started off their walk with a performance by Snap Boogie at the Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
