A large crowd turned out on Sunday for a dedication of the Scituate Easter Rising monument, the only such monument in the United States. On hand for the dedication were Irish Consul General Laoise Moore; monument committee chair, attorney John Sullivan; singer Máirín Uí Chéide Keady; Scituate Select Board chair Karen B. More than 260 guests experienced a lot of firsts the other night at Marina Bay in Quincy when fashion designer Denise Hajjar hosted a fashion show with the boardwalk serving as the catwalk for the models. SOUTH BOSTON — The now shuttered St. Vincent de Paul Church in South Boston could soon be put up for sale, sources say. The building is located at 363 E Street at the intersection of W.
