Bill Dever, father of fallen Suffolk County Deputy Sheriff, has died

DORCHESTER — Bill Dever, who had been an ardent advocate for Dorchester, a decorated Vietnam War veteran, and the father of fallen Suffolk County Deputy Sheriff Sgt. Richard T.
