Places to park your car are scarce throughout the city, but particularly in South Boston. The city council is debating having residents pay for the parking permits that city residents use to park in their neighborhood.

SOUTH BOSTON — Several hundred guests attended the Gavin House Foundation’s spring Road to Recovery event, which was held on May 9, 2019 at the Innovation and Design Building in South Boston. The Foundation supports the Gavin House, a nonprofit agency that provides comprehensive adult, youth and community substance abuse education, prevention and treatment programs.
