JFK Foundation and Northeast Arc hold 2nd annual “Arc Tank”
DORCHESTER — On Tuesday, November 27, 2018 the Northeast Arc and the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation hosted the second annual “The Arc Tank presentations” at the John F.
