PARK SQUARE — More than 350 guests attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst Hospitality & Tourism Management Board’s annual Awards Dinner on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at Boston Park Plaza hotel. The event raised more than $175,000 for scholarships. MARINA BAY — More than 150 guests turned out to wish Bob Luz well on his retirement as president and CEO of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association. The surprise (to Bob, of course) party was held at the Victory Point Restaurant in Marina Bay and was attended by many heavy hitters in Boston’s hospitality scene. Bob led the group for nine years.
