COLUMBIA POINT — The Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate hosted 200 guests for the opening reception of the 28th annual Experience America gathering, which was held in Boston. The Boston event was hosted by Rufus Gifford, chief of protocol for the United States, and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and included members of the foreign diplomatic corps.
