HINGHAM — It was a packed house at the Hingham Heritage Museum when historian David McCullough hosted our own Bill Brett to celebrate the publication of Bill’s sixth book, “Boston: Game Changers.” The event was held on Sunday, December 8, 2019. STURBRIDGE — 400 guests attended the inaugural Joan M. McGrath Dinner and Lecture on Thursday, October 24 at Old Sturbridge Village. Ms. McGrath served on OSV’s Board of Trustees as well as chaired its Overseers. She was an active member of the community and model philanthropist. She passed unexpectedly a few years ago, and in her memory OSV hosted her idol, acclaimed historian and biographer, David McCullough, as the speaker. All photos by Bill Brett

Hingham — The Hingham Historical Society honored historian David McCullough at a special event at the Hingham Heritage Museum at Old Derby Hingham that featured a conversation between McCullough and the attendees.
