NORTH END — While in the North End recently, Bill photographed some street scenes from the lively neighborhood. There is the expected: Long lines at a pastry shop. And the unexpected: One of the things that most struck him was the gathering spots for shared ride users because the cars cannot get through the area during the many festivals.
