QUINCY — More than 600 gathered at the Granite Links Golf Club to celebrate the life of Eileen Federico, a nurse who formerly service as the director of the Medical Department at the Boston Globe. Ms. Federico, of Braintree, was 61 years old when she died on Oct. 17, 2018. She was a third generation Globe employee. FENWAY — The 25th annual Banned in Boston political parody and comedy show brought together the usual political figures, business and civic leaders, members of the media and actors to raise money for Urban Improv, Rehearsal for Life.
