NORWELL — The Acadmey of The Company Theatre recently presented a production of “Puffs,” a comic retelling of the Harry Potter book series by J. K. Rowling, but from the perspective of the “Puffs.” (The play, which ran Off-Broadway in 2015, is not officially sactioned by Rowling, her publishers or the filmmakers.) QUINCY — Some 200 guests gathered the other night at Alba Restaurant in Quincy to celebrate the release of Quincy native Joe Keohane’s book, “The Power of Strangers: The Benefits of Connecting in a Suspicious World.” Keohane, a veteran journalist who now lives in New York, has been a writer and editor for several years.
