DORCHESTER — More than 300 guests attended the New England Council Christmas party, which was held recently at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate, located on Columbia Point in Dorchester.

New England Council President and CEO Jim Brett welcomed the guests which included Lynne and Gary Smith, the New England Council’s Larry Zabar and his wife, Hope, Patrick Shaughnessy of Best Buddies, Craig Welton of Northeast Arc, and Carol McKean of Carol McKean Events.
