QUINCY — More than 150 people joined Jamie Fagan and his family to support the Massachusetts Leukemia and Lymphoma Society at Alba restaurant in Quincy. The event raised over $10,000 for continued research.

Jamie was the 2017 LLS man of the year and now serves on the board of directors.He organized the event to support his mother, Janice, and other patients with Leukemia and Lymphoma.

The Alba event was in support of the this year’s “Light the Night Walk,” which will be held on Thursday, October 17 on Boston Common and expected to draw more than 5,000 participants. Jamie will be a keynote speaker at this year’s walk.
