PARK SQUARE — Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Boston held its 2018 benefit on April 12, which honored Barry Shrage of Combined Jewish Philanthropies. Money raised at the event, which was held at The Castle at Park Plaza, raised money to “ensure that resources are available to support the innovative and comprehensive programs that JF&CS provides the community. Each day brings new challenges, from young parents in crisis and families facing financial emergencies to isolated elders and people with disabilities in need of help. JF&CS assists individuals and families in need regardless of their background or ability to pay.” The chairs of the benefit were Shari and Robert Cashman and Jill Cohen and Michael Savit.
