THEATER DISTRICT — Michael Patrick Murphy celebrated the release of his novel “Neighborhood Lines” at a party on the rooftop of the Revere Hotel in Boston. BOSTON — Publishers Lunch reported recently that Christopher Castellani, artistic director at the Boston-based GrubStreet and a Guggenheim fellow, landed a book deal with Viking.
