About 100 guests attended the pre-event reception for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dorchester’s 28th annual New England Women’s Leadership Awards. QUINCY — The City of Quincy celebrated Flag Day with a colorful parade and a seemingly endless display of the red, white and blue. The annual celebration was started by Quincy Mayor Tom Koch’s father, Richard, 70 years ago and has been the official start to the Summer season in that city.
