SOUTH BOSTON — For those of you who are complaining that it is too hot, too humid, too muggy… We just want to point out that Bill Brett took this photograph off the shore near L Street Beach on New Year’s Day.
The air temperature was so cold that the heat (yes, relatively, that is) from the water was causing the “smoke” to rise from the water.
