“In the Name of Peace” screened at Kennedy Library

DORCHESTER — Former US senators Paul Kirk and George Mitchell joined Steven M. Rothstein, executive director of the John F. Kennedy Library and Museum, for a special screening of “In the Name of Peace: John Hume in America.” According to the Belfast Telegraph newspaper, the “documentary looks at how Hume played a role in building peace in Northern Ireland and includes interviews from US presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter as well as former UK prime ministers Tony Blair and John Major.” Photos are by Bill Brett.
