QUINCY — More than 200 golfers attended the Norwich University Memorial Golf Tournament in honor of the late Paul Ricker, class of ’79, and the late Michael Crimmins, class of ’80. The event was held at the Granite Links Country Club in Quincy.

Ricker, a well-known football player who made a life beyond the gridiron, died in 2017 at the age of 60. Crimmins, who had a successful high school and college career playing football and as a wrestler, went on to a career at General Dynamics, working in the company’s nuclear submarine division. Crimmons died in 2017 at age 58.
