500 turn out for New England Council annual Holiday Party

DORCHESTER — 500 guests attended the New England Council’s annual Holiday Party, which was held at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. The event, host by Council CEO and President James T. Brett and Council Board Chair John Hailer, was preceded by a board meeting at which bestselling author Ben Bradlee, Jr. spoke about his latest book, “The Forgotten,” which is about Luzerne County, Pa., and the 2016 presidential election.
