QUINCY — 450 guests attended the 9th Fight Back Powered by 110 Fitness gala at the Marriott Boston hotel in Quincy to benefit the programs run by the non-profit 110 Fitness in Rockland, which caters to those with Parkinson’s Disease ( and any disability , whether mental or physical.
Hosted by Brett Miller of 110 Fitness, the dinner raised money for scholarships, free training, equipment, money for community events and awards were given out for he annual “Boxer of the Year,” ( male, female, along with Volunteer of the year.)
The guest speaker is New York Times bestselling author Fiona Davis, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease about five years ago but has not let it stop her from writing and living a full life, and radio personality Jordan Rich.
